It's been a while, where's my order?

- According to my shipping policy orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship out because I am a one man team! However the current estimated processing time is 7 days :)

I never received a confirmation email

  If you entered an email the confirmation may have went to your spam folder.  You will also be able to find the confirmation in your shop app or text messages (if entered).  Contact me if you still can't find it and I'll help you out!

I placed an order and never received a tracking number

I send out tracking info as soon as I pack the order so be on the lookout in your email/texts/shop app for updates :)
